I cannot believe we are at the end of another week, I don’t know about you but the days are flying in?!
My main message this week was to ‘Be Kind,’ I think we all need to remember to ‘Be kind’ to ourselves and take time to have some self care. Parents, you are doing a great job juggling everything, it is not easy!

Highland Council Helpline – a helpline number has been set up for anyone who is struggling and needing urgent help during this crisis. The single line number – 0300 303 1362 – will connect callers to relevant Council specialist teams and will operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. All calls are free.
