The children have been asking for new football goals for some time. This week, we received 2 brand new heavy duty metal goals that have been kindly purchased by our Parent Council. Thank you – the children are very excited!
The children were eager to build them this afternoon. It was so interesting to see their life skills put to the test in a practical activity. They were so logical, used their initiative and were very good at problem solving. They worked together so well and were great at communicating their solutions and suggestions. I was a very impressed Head Teacher!
Sadly, through no fault of their own, the goals are not yet finished as there are some faulty parts which should arrive next week! Watch this space!
