News Update – 25th May 2017

We hope you are all enjoying this burst of beautiful weather at the moment!  Please ensure you put sun cream in your child’s bag if you wish them to use it during the school day.  Children must apply the cream themselves according to your directions.

We are delighted to say that Jonathon Davies, Eden Court Arts Worker, will be joining us tomorrow, Friday 26th May, to work with both classes and include the Nursery children as part of their transition to school.  We hope they enjoy their sessions!

Whole School Trip

We have been lucky enough to secure a whole school trip to the Aigas Field Centre at Cannich, by Beauly, next Wednesday, 31st May.  Pupils will be transported by mini-bus and will be fully supervised. We will be leaving fairly sharp after 9am registration and will return by 3pm.  Please ensure your child has suitable outdoor wear for the weather that day and takes wellies for pond-dipping if possible please.  As we are away all day, please supply your child with water/juice and snack for break-time.  Packed lunches are available from Mrs MacDonald – free to P1-3 and the usual cost for P4-7 – or you can choose to supply your own.  Please indicate on the attached form by Monday, 29th May if you require a packed lunch from school.

Vocal Tutor

John Thomson will once again be visiting P1-3 for a block of singing and rhyming lessons each Thursday for 4 weeks.

Week 2         Tuesday        Mince & Tatties replace Chilli & Rice

Week 2         Thursday       Cod/Haddock Fish Fingers replace Salmon Fish Fingers
