Rugby
Rugby will continue for the next 3 Tuesdays for our P4-7 class, depending on the weather this will take place outside so please ensure your child has suitable shoes.
Library Van
The next visit from the Mobile Library will be on Tuesday, 31st January. Please ask your child to return any books they may have.
Parent Forum
We put out a survey to ask the preferred days for parents to attend our Parent Forum Meetings; unfortunately we only received 7 responses to this. However, this showed the preference for a Tuesday evening so we have decided to trial this – the next meeting will now take place in school at 7pm on Tuesday, 7th February. We do hope to see you all there; if anyone would like to submit further preferred times, please send them in J
Primary Enrolments
Enrolments for our next Primary 1 intake will take place during week commencing Monday 30th January. Children who will be 5 years old on or before 28th February 2018 are eligible to be enrolled. This year Highland Council are encouraging parents to enrol online at www.highland.gov.uk/enrol but this can also be done in person at the catchment school. Adverts have gone out in the press, but please let anyone know who you think may have eligible children. Many thanks.
Profiles
We would like to invite all parents to come to school on Friday 24th February from 1.30pm (pop in any time before 3.00) to have a look at your child’s profile. We are just in the early stages of building up these Profiles but it is important that the children have an opportunity to talk over these with you and share the journeys that are being taken in their learning and their next steps. This is also a good chance to take in wider achievements from home that they can add to their profiles. If you cannot attend at this time, please contact Mrs Dunnett in order to discuss an alternative time/date.
